Swipe Automotive

Terms of Service

Last updated 4 July 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the Swipe Automotive platform (the “Platform”), operated by Swipe Automotive (“Swipe”, “we”, “us”). The Platform is a marketing tool used by Swipe on behalf of its motor-dealer clients to plan, schedule and publish content, run email marketing, and manage advertising and social media accounts. By accessing or using the Platform you agree to these Terms.

1. What the Platform does

Swipe provides an all-in-one marketing service to car dealerships. On a dealer’s behalf and with their authorisation, the Platform connects to third-party services — including TikTok, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and Google — to schedule and publish videos and posts, report on advertising and website performance, and send email marketing to the dealer’s own customers.

2. Authorised use

Access is granted only to Swipe staff and to authorised users at our dealer clients. You agree to use the Platform only for its intended purpose, to keep your login credentials secure, and not to attempt to access data belonging to dealers you are not authorised to manage.

3. Connected accounts

Where you connect a third-party account (for example a TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads or Google Business Profile account), you confirm you are authorised to do so. You may disconnect any connected account at any time, from within the Platform or from the relevant provider’s own security settings. We access connected accounts solely to perform the marketing services described above and in line with each provider’s platform policies.

4. Content

Dealers and their staff are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of content they upload or schedule (including vehicle listings, videos, captions and offers). You must not publish content that is unlawful, misleading, infringing, or in breach of the terms of any connected platform.

5. Availability

We work to keep the Platform available and reliable but provide it “as is”, without warranty of uninterrupted operation. We may update, suspend or withdraw features to maintain or improve the service.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Swipe is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Platform. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above. Continued use of the Platform after a change constitutes acceptance.
